Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: approximately 7–15 business days

  • United States: approximately 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders. Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for separate shipments.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Delays or Missing Orders
